Watch this Space
What can you learn about New York real estate from Mark’s latest videos? A lot. Here are three takeaways for buyers (and dreamers) from clips that people can’t stop watching:
Know what you’re buying into.
Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to. Focus on the details that matter, and lean on an expert who knows how to spot hidden risks and real value. Considering real estate is one of your biggest investments, stress stays low when you’re prepared and have the right partner.

Character isn’t just cosmetic.
From 12-foot ceilings to fireplaces with original hardware, every home tells a story. Restoration is about fixing, of course, but it’s more about honoring that beauty and bringing it back to life.

Speed and momentum matter.
One of Mark’s favorite interviews: A project manager from Hawaii. What stood out? His love for the city’s fast pace and ability to get things done. In real estate, timing is everything. From snagging the right property, closing a deal, to moving a renovation forward. Momentum separates the dreamers from the doers.
Hot Spots
21 South William Street #5D – Financial District – $900k: A sun‑soaked 1‑bed, 1‑bath condo in the historic Block Hall building, featuring soaring 10′ ceilings, oversized windows, and a Juliet balcony with South/West views—all in the heart of the Financial District. Nestled next to one of Mark’s favorite blocks in the city on Stone Street, this property blends historic charm with modern living.
Open House by Appointment: Come say hi this Sunday, 11:30 AM–12:30 PM.
New Project: Brownstones might be my first love, but projects like this Soho loft keep me inspired. Exposed brick, massive windows, and open floor plans. They’re the city’s version of a blank canvas.
The goal here? Honor the industrial character that made Soho iconic while shaping a space that feels fresh, livable, and one-of-a-kind. Every detail, from steel beams to hardwood floors, tells a story worth preserving.
My Favorite NYC Street
Welcome to Stone Street! One of New York’s very first paved roads, dating back to the 1600s. Walking here is like stepping into another era, where Dutch merchants once set the pace for the city that never stops moving. And tucked among the cobblestones? A property with one of my favorite features: a Juliet balcony. History and charm, side by side… just the way I like it. Come see me at near by on S William Street this weekend!
Built Different: Why I Chose the Hard Road
Entrepreneurship isn’t for the faint of heart. It takes grit, risk, and more late nights than I can count. That leap from desk jobs to brownstones shaped me and it’s still the drive behind every project today.
I didn’t want a safe 9–5. I wanted to create something real. To take on buildings everyone else wrote off. To prove that history could be restored instead of erased.
So if you’re chasing your own version of “more,” here’s my advice: embrace the risk, trust your vision, and don’t let the easy road tempt you. Because the view from the hard road? Worth it.
